| New frame in Continental Pearl for antique look. |
This unit is for a client in Mexico that had a set of Leedy bars and with the help of Gilberto Serna of Century Mallet we
were able to confirm that the Deagan Aurora has the same size bar width. I knew a local player that had an Aurora that I could
borrow to design frame for. The client will use K&K pickups so no allowance was allowed for resonators. He wanted a vintage
look so we went with the continental pearl from Precision Percussion.

This is a frame with a damper system. Bars and resonators are not included, the frame is made for your bars and or resonators.
The design allows for a motor but is made mostly for the gigging musician, that has to haul equipment and is tired of the
large bulky frames.

Below you see how the unit packs up with the bars still on frame. This allows for half the size of unit to ship with all parts
enclosed, if using pickups there is no need for resonators.

See the simple release, it just doesn't get any simpler then slide in and out!

This is the damper pull system. This is the culmination of about 10 years of brain dreaming. This is the trick that allows
for the quadrant dampening system. Very SLICK!

Below is the unit opening up, showing the way the hinge works. Not a new idea, but a slick use of the concept if I say so
myself. Notice the bars stay on.

Below you see the damper system. The sharp and natural bars have separate damper bars, this is due to the fold up design and
a part of the quadrant damper design.
